DelSolar has developed a new series of cells with conversion efficiencies of 18.3% for mono-crystalline silicon cells and 16.8% for multi-crystalline silicon cells. Also, the new cells feature a low temperature coefficient, making them less susceptible to light-induced degradation or module hot spot risk. Apart from cells, DelSolar modules provide power tolerance of +3% as well as low temperature coefficient of power and high shunt resistance.
